We Are Scorpio

Scorpio Club is a student tech community founded in 2017 at Abou Bekr Belkaid University of Tlemcen. We unite passionate students in cybersecurity, IT, and innovation, creating a vibrant environment for learning and growth.

Our mission is to empower students through practical workshops, inspiring conferences, and real-world projects. We believe that passion and technology together can drive real change.

Through active collaboration with industry experts and university professors, we stay ahead of emerging technologies and prepare our members for global opportunities. Scorpio is not just a club — it’s a launchpad for future leaders and innovators.

Our Goals

40 active members from diverse fields: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Telecommunications, guided by experienced trainers and organizers.

  • Be Intelligent: Cybersecurity conference and workshops.
  • Game Day: 2D Game Development and gaming tournaments.
  • Web Development Workshop: Frontend, Backend, and Databases.
  • Project X Showcase: Presentation of innovative student projects.
  • The Journey: Inspiring IT learning experiences outside university.
  • Flutter and UI/UX Workshops: Mobile app development and modern design practices.
  • Business Challenge 2.0: Entrepreneurship and innovation competition.

Impact

Scorpio Club empowers students through technical training and career development while increasing the department's visibility nationally and internationally. Our alumni have successfully joined companies like Huawei, Qatar Airways, and leading research centers abroad.
